People with the know how need to reverse engineer the file formats and write plugins. (I say it like it's that easy though) I think stuff like that would be more possible than say rebuilding all of the game's backgrounds. Same for Rebecca's scenario.

Douglas did it way so bad as Wesker in this game, and it's more painful due to the fact that it's the game in which Wesker appears the most. I wish they would have kept Waugh at least for this game. Thank god Dougles did it better in Resident Evil 5 and Resident Evil: The Darkside Chronicles because his voice and performance were directed and performed diferently. Actually now that I think about it you'd have to get Wesker's model working for Chris, modify the starting point, modify the background music, modify player speed somehow since Wesker should actually move a bit faster than anything else at that time, get really creative with the zombie spawns (crimson heads and hunters ahoy), focus on a set route that would follow all throughout the mansion, find a way to end it when you get to the mansion's entrance in the foyer, get Lisa working somehow. I'm sure there's an AI package or something for her but I doubt any scripted events could be made, and fill in the blanks with content from Umbrella Chronicles which technically counts as piracy but. Hopefully Capcom wouldn't mind, right.
